Lisa Böttcher

Studied law at Ruhr University Bochum; recipient of a scholarship from the Evangelisches Studienwerk e.V. Worked for several years at the German Foundation Center, a subsidiary of the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft e.V.; certified foundation manager (Deutsche Stiftungsakademie gGmbH). Has been with Schomerus & Partner since September 2025.

Lisa Böttcher is a lawyer who has worked for many years in the legal and tax department at the German Foundation Center, a subsidiary of the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft e.V. There, she has specialized primarily in providing legal and tax advice to non-profit foundations with legal personality and trust foundations.

Ms. Böttcher has been with Schomerus & Partner since September 1, 2025, and primarily serves nonprofit organizations. She is the point of contact for all questions and matters related to tax law and nonprofit law, particularly regarding the advising of nonprofit foundations.
